According to Davison Community Schools' own public compensation report, 43 positions carried a reported salary of $100,000 or more.
Together, those 43 positions accounted for:

📊 Difference: $2,728,149.10
That works out to an average of $114,178.79 in reported salary and $177,624.12 in total compensation per position.
For this review, total compensation includes the district-reported salary plus retirement, FICA/Medicare and annualized district-paid insurance and benefit costs. Employee-paid health insurance contributions are not included.

One important distinction: Davison labels the first column of its disclosure "Salary." Lady Budgetdown is therefore reporting it as Reported Salary, rather than assuming it represents base salary, gross pay, or W-2 wages. The underlying salary and benefit categories are reported directly by the district.
As always, this isn't about deciding what someone should earn.
It's about showing taxpayers what the public records actually say salary, benefits and the larger compensation picture, and letting readers decide what questions, if any, they believe are worth asking.
