Title: CEDAR SPRINGS- STEP 2: 10-YEAR Enrollment, Staffing & Administrative Trends
Post by: Shadowninja on Sep 17, 2026, 08:56 AM
LADY BUDGETDOWN: CEDAR SPRINGS PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Step 2: Let's follow the staffing.

From 2014–15 to 2024–25:

📉 Pupils: −13.08%
👩🏫 Teachers: −10.5%
👥 Total staff: +11.4%
🏛 Total administrators: +28.7%

🏢 District-level administrators: +60.0%

And elsewhere in the staffing ledger:

Instructional aides: +72.3%
School support: +42.6%
Other support: +57.8%

So over the decade, Cedar Springs had fewer students and fewer teachers — while total staffing and administration grew.

That doesn't tell us why.

But it certainly tells us where to keep looking. 👀

With receipts & respect. 👑
