Title: LUDINGTON AREA - STEP 2: 10-YEAR Enrollment, Staffing & Administrative Trends
Post by: Shadowninja on Sep 17, 2026, 11:06 AM
LADY BUDGETDOWN: LUDINGTON AREA SCHOOLS

The money was Step 1. Now let's look at the people.

From 2014–15 to 2024–25:

📉 Pupils: −9.46%
👩🏫 Teachers: +2.3%
🏛 Total administrators: +17.8%
👥 Total staff: +6.6%

And inside that administrator number?

District-level administrators went from 3.00 to 5.00 FTE, an increase of 66.7%.

Meanwhile, instructional aides fell 27.3%.

Fewer students. Slightly more teachers. More total staff. And administrator growth that significantly outpaced all three.

The numbers don't tell us why.

They tell us where to ask the next question. 👀

With receipts & respect. 👑
