Administrators: −7.3%
Total staff: +20.2%
So while Reeths-Puffer lost more than 400 pupils, total staffing grew by more than 81 FTE.
Where did much of that growth land?
One rather large breadcrumb: "Other Support" increased from 73.45 to 132.70 FTE — an 80.7% increase.
The numbers aren't the conclusion. They're where the next question begins.
