Oakland County's 2026 Ballot Ledger — August & November

Dearest Readers,

Election season brings campaign signs, promises and, naturally, paperwork.

Lady Budgetdown prefers the paperwork.

Oakland County voters will encounter a lengthy collection of bonds and millages across the August 4 and November 3, 2026 ballots. Some are new taxes, some are renewals, some restore or increase existing rates, and others authorize new debt through bonds.

Not every proposal applies to every Oakland County taxpayer. Your ballot—and ultimately which levies apply to you—depends upon where you live and the taxing jurisdictions in which your property is located.

So rather than burying the numbers in ballot language, Society shall simply open the ledger.

Here are the requests, community by community.
