Title: Roscommon Area Public Schools - 10-YEAR Enrollment, Staffing & Administrative
Post by: Shadowninja on Sep 28, 2026, 11:23 AM
Dearest reader,

Now that we have followed the money at Roscommon Area Public Schools, let's follow the people. 🪶

From 2014–15 to 2024–25:

📉 Pupil FTE declined 28.88%.

👩🏫 Teacher FTE declined 25.05%, from 56.72 to 42.51.

👥 Instructional aides went from 0.00 reported FTE to 11.98.

Meanwhile, the administrative picture moved in a different direction.

🏛 Total administrators increased from 6.00 to 7.50 FTE — up 25.00%.

👥 Total staff across all positions increased from 123.05 to 125.93 FTE — up 2.34%.

That is what makes these ten-year comparisons useful.

Enrollment can move one direction while different pieces of the staffing ledger move another. Lady B isn't here to decide what staffing level a district "should" have.

She is here to put the numbers on the table so the community can see what changed.

And in Roscommon, quite a bit changed.

Next breadcrumb, please. 👑
