Title: Hillman Community Schools - 10-YEAR Enrollment, Staffing & Administrative Trends
Post by: Shadowninja on Sep 29, 2026, 09:55 AM
Dearest reader,

Step 1 gave us the money.

Now let's look at the people.

From 2014–15 to 2024–25, Hillman Community Schools saw pupil enrollment decline 12.97%.

Over that same decade:

Teachers:
29.00 FTE → 26.96 FTE
−7.03%

Instructional Aides:
0.62 FTE → 3.07 FTE
+395.16%

Now for administration.

Total Administrators:
5.12 FTE → 4.20 FTE
−17.97%

But there is an interesting shift inside that number.

LEA/District Administrators:
2.92 FTE → 4.00 FTE
+36.99%

School Administrators:
2.20 FTE → 0.20 FTE
−90.91%

So while total administrative FTE declined over the decade, where those administrative positions were reported changed considerably.

And that is exactly why Lady B doesn't stop at one number.

A total can tell us what happened.

The pieces underneath it can tell us where to look next.

Step 2 and 2A complete.

Next, we follow the receipts.

With receipts and respect.
