There is a lot of discussion tonight about Novi "losing funding."

So let's look at **Novi's own General Fund budgets.**

**General Fund Revenue & Incoming Transfers**

2024-25 Original: **$104.04 million**
2024-25 Final: **$104.03 million**
2025-26 Final: **$106.10 million**
2026-27 Initial: **$109.00 million**

That means Novi's own budgets show:

**$104.03M → $106.10M → $109.00M**

From the 2024-25 final budget through the 2026-27 initial budget, that's an increase of approximately **$4.98 MILLION, or 4.8%.**

And what about **STATE revenue specifically?**

**$67.10M → $68.30M → $70.58M**

State revenue is budgeted to **increase by approximately $3.48 million.**

Can individual funding programs be reduced or eliminated? **Absolutely.**

Can Novi still face legitimate expenditure pressures? **Absolutely.**

But those things are different from saying **overall funding has decreased.**
