This one is interesting because the district grew, but the staffing growth didn't land evenly.

Over the decade:

Pupils: +16.96%
Teachers: +15.1%
Total staff: +20.4%
Total administrators: −4.5%

So far, pretty straightforward.

But inside those totals?

Instructional aides: +229.3%
School support: +161.9%
Student support: +85.0%
Other support: +34.6%

Meanwhile, guidance fell 50.0%, and school administrators fell 23.9%.

So the takeaway isn't simply "more staff."

It's where the staffing changed.

Enrollment grew. Staffing grew. But not in the same places. 👀🪶

That's the part of the ledger worth following.
