Nominate someone who deserves recognition
Tell Lady B who they are, where they work and, most importantly, what they have done that deserves to be recognized.

Great schools are built by more than buildings, budgets and policies. They are built by people.
Every month, Lady Budgetdown will recognize one Michigan public school employee who has made a difference for students, families, coworkers or their school community.
This is not just for teachers. Nominees can include teachers, paraprofessionals, secretaries, custodians, bus drivers, food service employees, counselors, support staff and other employees of Michigan public school districts.
Tell Lady B who they are, where they work and, most importantly, what they have done that deserves to be recognized.
Maybe they went above and beyond for a student. Maybe they quietly keep an entire building running. Maybe they made a difficult year easier for a family. Big or small, tell Lady B why this person matters.
Lady B will select one monthly honoree and share their story, with permission, so Michigan can celebrate some of the people doing good work inside our public schools.
Each month's selected school employee will receive a $50 digital gift card as a small thank-you for the work they do.
Employees of Michigan public school districts are eligible. Charter and private school employees are not included in this program.
Anyone may submit a nomination. The same employee may be nominated by multiple people, but each person should submit only one nomination for that employee.
It doesn't have to be something extraordinary. Sometimes the people who make the biggest difference are the ones quietly showing up every day.
